FEAST ON FESTIVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ticket Sales and Entry to Feast on Festival:

  1. Competitions or promotions involving tickets require prior written consent from Feast on Festival.

  2. Entry to the Festival site is strictly dependent on possessing either an e-ticket or a wristband. All individuals accessing these premises, including the grounds, do so at their own risk. Feast on Festival and associated parties hold no responsibility for any injury, death, or property loss or damage, regardless of cause, including negligence.

  3. Feast on Festival bears no liability for any loss or damage to vehicles, goods, or materials belonging to guests, exhibitors, or crew attending the Festival.

  4. Glass is not permitted to be brought on-site please leave aftershave/perfumes at home. 

  5. Once a ticket purchase is complete, it is non-refundable. Please make sure to review your order carefully before finalising your purchase. If you are unable to attend the event, we encourage you to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. 

  6. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

  7. Photo identification may be requested at the box office to verify the age of attendees. Additional information may be required post-booking to prevent fraud and ensure purchase verification.

  8. The Festival lineup and layout are subject to change.

  9. The Festival takes place on grass, so attendees should be mindful of uneven surfaces.

  10. Dogs are permitted on-site but must be kept on a lead and well-behaved. Proper disposal of dog waste is mandatory.

  11. Unauthorised recording of the event is prohibited. All images and sound recordings remain the property of Feast on Festival, although personal camera use is permitted.

  12. By entering the event premises, attendees consent to interviews, photography, and audio and video recordings for various promotional purposes by Feast on Festival and its affiliates.

  13. Selling or purchasing alcohol for individuals under 18 is illegal. A Challenge 25 policy will be enforced, requiring staff to request ID from individuals suspected to be under 25. Refusals will be documented and shared with appropriate management.

  14. Dangerous, drunk, or disorderly behaviour will result in immediate expulsion from the site without refunds. Feast on Festival reserves the right of admission and will not refund ticket-holders refused entry due to behaviour, intoxication, or suspected drug influence.

  15. Trading on Festival sites or public areas without written permission from Feast on Festival is strictly prohibited.

  16. Feast on Festival reserves the right to implement necessary restrictions or conditions before and during the event to ensure site safety.

  17. Feast on Festival disclaims liability for any misrepresentations, negligence, or losses arising from the actions of venues, performers, exhibitors, promoters, or others.

  18. Feast on Festival is not liable for any loss of enjoyment or profit, nor for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

  19. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the attendee and Feast on Festival, superseding any prior agreements, and are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. By using the site, attendees submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive objections to jurisdiction or venue.

 

Social Media Competitions:

  1. Employees of Feast On Festival and any party included in the competition or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

  2. The prize is non transferable and non-exchangeable. There is also no cash equivalent.

  3. Closing date for entry will be stated. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

  4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  5. One entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries will not be counted.

  6. Feast On Festival reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Feast On Festival. 

  7. Feast On Festival are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

  8. Winners will be chosen at random by Feast On Festival and the result is final.

  9. The winner will be notified via Social Media. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  10. The tickets will be emailed to the winner. Feast On Festival hold no responsibility for lost or stolen prizes.

  11. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be passed onto a third party.

  12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  13. Social media competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Feast On Festival and not to any other party.
