Payst Limited was founded from a deep passion for Thai street food, developed through years of exploration and experimentation. Committed to authenticity and quality, Payst sources the freshest produce from top farms in Thailand and the UK, free from preservatives and artificial additives.

The culinary team at Farang, a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in Highbury, North London, crafts each paste and sauce with care. Using traditional methods, they blend and season by hand in a mortar and pestle, ensuring each jar is packed with the vibrant flavours of Thailand!
