The Gourmet Warriors comprise a circle of food-obsessed friends who, for the better part of the last decade, have indulged in the world's finest cuisines and street foods together, revelling in eating, drinking, and cooking.

In April 2022, they embarked on their culinary odyssey with a triumphant launch party in Bristol. Since then, the Gourmet Warriors have taken to the streets with their trusty gazebo, dishing up delectable delights at markets, gigs, weddings, and festivals throughout the southern region. They've also made appearances at esteemed pubs and venues, hosting pop-ups and residencies.

Their affection for tacos knows no bounds, cementing them as the cornerstone of their menu. With a fusion of traditional Mexican recipes and their own inventive twists, they've perfected their craft. Among their repertoire, their signature dish, Birria tacos, takes centre stage, always accompanied by an ever-evolving selection of tacos and sides to cater to meat lovers, vegetarians, and vegans alike.
