GingerBeard’s Preserves was established in a one-bedroom basement flat in Montpellier, Bristol in 2014 by Harry Calvert and Claire Charras. Their mission is simple: to share their delicious preserves and sauces with Bristol and beyond. Operating as a small batch and independent company, they now handcraft around 200,000 units annually in their Kingswood unit.

Offering traditional jams, chutneys, and marmalades alongside craft preserves and sauces, their range spans various categories from hot sauce to mustard. Collaborating extensively, especially with breweries, they skillfully blend their beers with carefully chosen ingredients to craft unique products bursting with flavour. With over 50 different offerings, their products are designed to complement cuisines from across the globe, made only with natural ingredients, free from artificial preservatives or additives.

Recognised with numerous accolades including Great Taste Producer, Taste of the West, and The National Chilli Awards, GingerBeard’s Preserves is celebrated for their exceptional quality and taste.
