Nestled in Gloucester Road, Bomba Tapas & Cocktails is a vibrant addition to Bristol's indie restaurant scene since its opening in July 2023. Spearheaded by owners Ali and Jose, Bomba offers an irresistible selection of tapas and delightful cocktails.

With a menu influenced by co-owner Jose’s roots in Cordoba, Southern Spain, and his culinary journey through English and French kitchens, Bomba Tapas serves up delectable tapas and drinks that cater to all palates. Ali, who brings over 15 years of hospitality experience, ensures every guest feels at home with a friendly and knowledgeable front-of-house team.

Bomba Tapas menu is dynamic, featuring weekly specials and seasonal changes. Beyond the regular offerings, Ali and Jose have hosted events like wine pairings and are gearing up for their first supper club this August.

They have many exciting plans for 2024 and we can't wait for them to bring a taste of Spain to Feast On this July!
