Experience the culinary mastery of Head Chef Hugo Harvey at Feast On! Following his instrumental role in establishing the new Pony Chew Valley, Harvey embarked on his own seafood venture, driven by his lifelong passion for the ocean's bounty. Hailing from Norwich, Harvey honed his skills under the tutelage of esteemed chefs Todd Moses and Nathan Outlaw in Melbourne and London before teaming up with Josh Eggleton.

As a Michelin-trained chef, Hugo Harvey, alongside a group of close friends, has been delighting Bristolians with innovative seafood creations through a series of pop-up events. Their mission? To showcase the finest fish sourced, prepared with skill and served with warmth in a welcoming atmosphere.

All seafood featured in Harvey's creations is meticulously sourced from local fishing day boats, using bountiful and seasonal produce.

With his expertise and dedication, we can't wait to see what flavours of the sea Hugo Harvey and his team will bring to the table at Feast On!
