Ahh Toots made its debut in Bristol's bustling St Nicholas Market during the summer of 2014, fulfilling owner, baker, and cake maker Tam's lifelong aspiration of opening a tea shop. Since then, Ahh Toots has blossomed into a beloved fixture of the market scene, capturing the hearts of locals and visitors alike with its daily selection of rich coffees, legendary sausage rolls, enticing specials, and a delightful window brimming with delectable sweets treats for all tastes.

In 2019, Amy's arrival injected a fresh and exciting new dimension into Ahh Toots. With a robust background as a pastry chef in Michelin-starred establishments across the South West, Amy's journey began under the guidance of acclaimed chef Michael Caines.
