Seb’s food style blends Modern British fusion with influences from his classic French Michelin training and deep-seated passion for all things gastronomic, resulting in an array of innovative and unique dishes and recipes.

A.B.O.E showcase the best fresh, seasonal and local produce while drawing on a global influence to create innovative dishes that celebrate and use the bounty of produce The South West of Great Britain offers.

Using produce from some of the finest and most dedicated producers, ABOE will be slinging out gourmets sandwiches throughout the day at Feast On.
